My toddler struggled with constipation since she was a baby. Here are some natural foods and supplements that worked for us.
- Coconut Water
- This has worked as good as Miralax for us!
- Avocado and olive oil
- A friend recommended this and it worked for our toddler – as long as you can get her to eat a bowl.
- Chia seeds
- We also started adding chia seeds to our toddler’s oatmeal (pre-soaked).
- Flax seeds
- Flax seeds are also high in fiber and easy to sprinkle onto food. Start slowly with this one!
