Apple Cider Vinegar vs Charcoal for Armpit Odor

The warm weather is approaching and we want to keep the armpit smell at bay.

Antiperspirant deodorant is controversial because of its ingredients. I’m still guilty of using it. However, I don’t need to use it as often because of apple cider vinegar. Dab some onto a cotton ball and wipe your armpits and let it sit for a few minutes before you shower. (This will get that lingering stench out, especially during the warmer months).

Fun fact: Did you know sweat doesn’t have a smell? It’s the bacteria causing the smell!

Now I hear charcoal works just as great. So let’s compare the two.
