I’m sure everyone makes it differently but this is how I remember making it with my dad.
Recipe:
Cooked sticky Rice
Fish sauce
MSG
Oil
Eggs
Eggs mixture:
2 eggs
1 tablespoon of fish sauce
1/8 of msg
Whisk
Heat up the pan with a dash of oil
Knead your sticky rice
Put the rice into the pan and let it brown on each side
Poke holes into it
Pour egg mixture
Flip and pour more egg mixture.
There you have it, Lao Khao Jee.
